Established in Veniano (Como) in 1952 the Uboldi di Uboldi Luigi S.r.l. it is specialized in processing and marketing of corned tongues and tripe.

Always we try to adhere with the maximum efficiency to customers’ requirements, thanks to the quality steadiness of our products. Actually these are of reliable source, given that we use only meats coming from healthy and controlled breeding and all ingredients are selected and genuine.

Uboldi guaranties reliability in each production phase because the packaging of the fresh product raw or done, vacuum-packed or frozen, always takes place in strict observance of CEE regulations.

The quality and the typical taste of foods keep unaltered also after the freezing phase, thanks to a packaging implemented with the greatest scrupulosity.
